Sean was able to troubleshoot the problem and come up with good solutions. Through our conversations, it is clear that he is experienced and well versed with how a house is constructed. I appreciate that he communicated well, was on time and answered all of my questions. He replaced track lights on a ceiling that was 18ft tall, added flashing to prevent water intrusion from floor to ceiling windows and sealed and caulked around the house. We plan to use him again and recommend him to family and friends.
